Universal remote support
thingiverse
Ahhhh, Summer is my favorite season! Ice creams and swimming pools are always a blast. But when it's time to head home, we need to crank up our air conditioner. The problem is that manufacturers often forget to include a stand or support for the remote control. That was exactly my situation, so I had to get creative and design my own support. It turned out to be simple and easy to use, with M3 drill holes for mounting on the wall. Plus, it's pretty customizable - mine was 120mm by 56mm, but you can adjust the size to fit your controller perfectly. I even left plenty of space for a wide range of controllers, so don't worry if yours is different. Just test out the design at .3mm for a quick prototype, and then print it at .2 or whatever quality you prefer. Remember, this isn't meant to be a museum piece, so feel free to get creative with the details! As for the infill, just use a low setting to save some filament - it's not like we're making a masterpiece here!
