The primary components, including the threaded bearing nut, threaded bolt and puller arms of the original product, are precision-crafted through drop-forging and galvanization. I drew inspiration from this design to create a revised version with streamlined components, paving the way for an alternative manufacturing process via machining techniques, such as CNC machining. All threads in the model are designed using theoretical values, excluding any allowances for head and flank clearance. The complete assembly is available in STEP-file format (.stp).
