So recently had some guests over and they were staying the night. So they were charging their phones while chatting and kept lifting their phones up to check their messages. So I asked them if they had a stand so they could see their phone while it was charging and they came up with the following reasons why they had not. 1. If you put your phone in a stand you have to take the case off ( they both had wallet style cases to protect the front of the phone) most stands do not allow the phone to sit in the cradle with the front of the case folded back. 2. When charging with a cable certain stands do not allow the cable to be fitted as the charging port is covered by the stand. So presenting the Universal Phone/ Tablet Recharging Stand. Designed with a nice wide throat, the stand can accept a phone with cover folded back on its self as well as keeping the charging port free for both standard and 90 degree charging cables. It is also secure enough to accept tablets as well. There are two designs, one with my Logo and one without. For extra stablity the bottom of the stand can be filled with sand to give some weight and extra stability. Just fill the base with some dry sand before the first 1 cm is sealed.
