When I'm feeling bored, I love to get creative by designing things. My latest project was a simple smartphone stand that can fit both small and large phones perfectly. My Samsung A5 with its bumper attached fits snugly in it, and even my larger Nexus 6P doesn't tip over. The maximum allowed phone thickness is just 10mm. I designed three different versions of this stand to cater to various printer sizes: For the smallest version, you'll need a printer with a build space of 100x100x100 (think Fabrikator II Mini). However, keep in mind that an USB connector won't fit under the stand. The larger version requires a build space of 100x100x120 and leaves enough room for an USB connector beneath your phone. Lastly, the extra-large version needs a printer with a build space of 130x130x140 and is perfect for tablets. This design necessitates printing with support to ensure stability.
