This is a universal phone (or any other rectangle) mounting system. The phone mount swivels on the base and has a retaining ring to lock the swivel angle. Build instructions: 1) Snap USPM_Pin into USPM_Top and then thread it onto USPM_SwivelBase. 2) Place retaining ring (flat side up) between USPM_Top and USPM_Ball and then thread Top and Ball together 3) Snap USPM_Ball into USPM_SwivelBase and then tighten retaining ring
