This is something I came up with to hold my iPhone securely on my desk so I don't need to tilt it towards myself to unlock it. All I have to do is tap and wipe up. The stand holds the phone high enough from the desk surface that it can charge while standing upright. The center is open, allowing you to easily swipe up from the bottom with ease. It's also stable enough not to tip over when tapping at the top of the screen. I tested it with an iPad too. It holds it fine but it wants to twist when tapping towards the outside edge. You would probably need to scale it up or add soft rubber feet to make the stand stick firmly to the desk surface. I printed this without supports in a resin printer. I don't have an FDM printer so I couldn't test that option.
