Universal Phone Case (parametric)
thingiverse
I needed a phone case, and I'm too lazy to order one, so I designed a universal case that should fit literally any phone. ;-) Just alter the following OpenSCAD variables: My_Phone_X: Your phone's X dimension (in millimeters) is what you need to enter. My_Phone_Y: Your phone's Y dimension - it's pretty simple, just put in your phone's Y measurement in millimeters. My_Phone_Z: This one's easy too, just put in the Z measurement of your phone in millimeters. And optionally: swell: The difference in radius (diameter/2) between a cylinder as printed, and that cylinder as designed. This will vary by printer. For a LulzBot Taz 4 with 0.5mm nozzle, this value is around 0.2mm. For a Longer Orange 10 SLA printer, it may be as high as 0.35mm. case_thickness: How thick your case should be (in millimeters) - just put in the thickness you want. That's all! I hope you like my work, and I hope it works for you. If so, please feel free to like, comment, or follow me.
