Universal Pegboard Tool Holder
thingiverse
This was designed to mimic a pegboard screw driver holder that I have, as it helps save board space. To avoid making multiple holders for different types of tools, the universal holder uses insert blocks that can be made to fit a specific tool. I've included a block I created for holding my wrenches as an example, along with the Fusion 360 file that is dimensioned so it can be modified to the gap you prefer. By default, the gap is 18mm wide, which fits my Kobalt 15-18mm wrenches perfectly. I made blocks in 4x18mm, 4x14mm, and 1x12mm sizes. My insert block measures 25.2 x 21.2 x 8mm and features a 2x9mm extra bit 2mm inset. The edges on the sides and bottom are chamfered to allow it to slide in easily and compensate for over-extrusion or elephant's foot issues. Note: I used tree supports from the build plate only for the pegboard hooks, as the rest of the model bridges nicely without requiring any support. Since my printer likes to lift with many small lines, I printed a brim; your printer may not need it.
