Universal motorcycle chain alignment tool
thingiverse
This tool works specifically for sport bikes and dirt bikes. Some bikes necessitate removal of the chain guard, which is self-explanatory. A 1/4 inch round bar sourced from a hardware store is required. Print the tool in PLA with the FAN turned on because PLA does not warp and optimal results are achieved through cooling. The walls should be printed at least 1.5mm thick to ensure there's sufficient room for drilling. Infill settings don't matter, as 20% is more than enough. Choose whatever nut or bolt fits into the hole - it doesn't make a difference. Ensure that the side of the tool which comes into contact with the sprocket is smooth and flat. If necessary, use a FLAT file to flatten it out even further. Drilling the hole using a 1/4 inch drill bit won't provide sufficient clearance. You'll need to drill the hole using a 1/4 SPADE bit for best results.
