Universal modular case for 19" rack 1 unit high

This is an all-encompassing, versatile rack enclosure designed to accommodate a 19" setup. It has a compact 1U height and comes with three interchangeable modules, each measuring 3x3U. This modular system allows for seamless integration into a fully populated 1U row or as a standalone unit installed horizontally or vertically on the right-hand side of the rack. The enclosure itself consists of a faceplate, case body, and case cover. Secure fastening between cases or the case and rail pieces is achieved through an octagonal bolt coupled with a nut. Two variants of nuts are available: one for three pieces used in conjunction with a case front plate and another for two pieces without a case front plate. In both instances, an M5x30 screw featuring an inbus head and M5 nut are employed. The front panel is highly customizable, offering a blank panel as well as a panel accommodating three keystone nodules. For this particular application, I have utilized the enclosure to house a Raspberry Pi 3B NTP server. The setup includes a Raspberry PI and GPS board support that can be securely fastened to either the bottom case or the cover using a hex_blocker piece. This adaptable support system can accommodate any device and is secured within the case via a hex blocker coupled with wood screws measuring 2.5x10.
