Universal Lucario Headphone Ears
thingiverse
A pair of Lucario shaped ears that attach to the headband of your headphones with 2 strips of 3/4" (20mm) Velcro cable wrap. They are universal with traditional headbands, and completely non-permanent. It's a very simple design with a simple attachment method, I wear them all the time and don't notice anything different with the padding or comfort on my Headphones. Your mileage may vary depending on how sensitive your head is or how thicc your headband padding is. The ears only need a short length of 3/4" double sided Velcro tape [Like This](https://www.amazon.com/VELCRO-Brand-ONE-WRAP-Double-Sided-Multi-Purpose/dp/B000078CUB/) (About 4 3/4" (120mm) for a pair of Logitech G Pro headphones). NOTE: This Velcro tape does NOT have adhesive, one side is the Loop and the other is the Hook, it will attach to itself and not the headband. The Ears themselves are 1 3/4" (44.5mm) wide at the base, so any headbands that are at least that wide should be fine without scaling. All you need to do is thread a length of this self-sticking Velcro tape through the hole at the base of the ears and around the headband, with the soft loop side facing out so it can't snag or be a nuisance. Recommended to print with the ears pointing straight up with supports, so the taper along it's surface doesn't get messed up by the support material (unless you're patient enough to sand it and do some cleanup. I am not.) Support material will be under the arch and in the holes for the Velcro straps. Use a screwdriver or other tool to push out as much as you can, being careful because this is right above the only weak point on the model. There is some extra wiggle room in the hole if you need to scale the ears down, but you may need to cut or find thinner tape to attach them. For added effect, get some cheap model paint at Walmart or Hobby Lobby and paint the inner ear black.
