To minimize Z wobble in Prusa i2 printers, create holes that fit snugly without excessive resistance or play. In the wings, use M3 screws that slide through easily but are tight in the centerpiece for thread cutting. Motor shafts have a flat nut trap while threaded rods feature three traps for alignment purposes. Assemble with 8-10mm M3 screws and 4 nuts per Universal Joint, then share before/after pictures as proof of completion!
