Universal Joint Two Axle (inner)

Universal Joint Two Axle (inner)

A universal Joint. Inner square block held by oposing arms fitted to base plates. 180° movement in both planes.   Printed it with 50% infill. An absolute overkill but made it VERY sturdy. No supports used and my Ender 5 pro did an excellent job on the "roof" of the holes as shown in the video attached. The pins are vePrintedry loose and need glue to hold them in place. Dont "overglue" to avoid runoff into the inner block! This will stop the movement. Hot end 200 Build plate 60 Print speed 80 Fan speed 80 PLA Creality   My print time was a rediculous 4 hours because of the 50% infill. I recon you can get away with 10% if it is used purely as a model. This will get it down to 2:45 hrs and 24 gram. The build is super simple. Dont glue yourself to the part!!! Whatch the video.   This is for education only!
