A Universal Joint is essentially a highly flexible axle that finds widespread application in automobiles. I manufactured mine from PLA using conventional settings. The model can be scaled up or down to suit personal preferences. To get started, print "universal_joint_main.stl" at 5% infill with no supports or raft. Next, print "universal_joint_handles.stl" under the same conditions as before. Print "universal_joint_ball.stl" using the same settings but this time include supports. Finally, print "universal_joint_pegs.stl" at 50% infill on high resolution. Once all parts have been printed, position them correctly and secure the pegs into place within the sphere using hot glue. Then, attach the handles to the main pieces with hot glue.
