Universal Joint for 1/4-20 threaded rods and bolts

Printed from PLA with 100% fill and 0.30 layer thickness, each universal joint requires two "universal_joint_end.stl" files and one "universal_joint_toggle.stl". To assemble, insert a nut into the socket of each end, followed by placing nuts onto the threaded ends and running them down to make space for the rod end. Screw the ends on and jam the nuts against the ends, then apply locktite if desired. Finally, rock the toggle into place before snapping the other end onto it. The nut size is over-sized to account for wall expansion during printing.
