Universal Joint
thingiverse
UPDATE: I Reinvented this to be even more robust, discovering that the tabs were prone to breaking when cleaning out the support system. The new version B7 has significantly improved durability. However, I believe the pins are slightly undersized and loose, but any larger size caused issues with removing it from the tabs. I crafted a U-Joint that attaches to a servo horn on one end and a macro rail knob on the other, allowing for flexible alignment without precise servo positioning. I'll post a photo of the complete assembly once it's finished. This is my first fully original design, not a modification of someone else's work. I printed this at 0.1mm resolution with 75% fill density.
