Universal IEM Shell (don't use)

DON'T DOWNLOAD, I'M WORKING ON A NEW DESIGN Here's my attempt at a universal IEM shell after trying to use OnShape. I was part of a group that couldn't find a universal shell model to make their IEMs, so I decided to create one. I haven't printed it yet, so I don't know if it's usable. It might not take tips. It might not fit in the ear. The nozzle might be too long or too short. Who knows? I plan on adding a notch to accept a jack for a removable cable as well as a faceplate for those who don't want to make their own. Yes, I know there's only one model so far. Once my design is perfected, I can simply mirror this one. Update: I've added different faceplates. Personally, I'd choose the rounded one, but concave might be better if you need a little more room. Flat is for those who like boring designs (I'm just kidding). Print Settings Resolution: 0.2 or 0.1 mm Infill: 100% Notes: If you're printing these out for real, I highly recommend using 100% infill since you'll probably be sanding it down and a higher infill will make it sturdier and harder to break. Use ABS if you plan on using these. ABS is more durable and easier to sand down or polish, making it better for everyday-use items like headphones. Remember that ABS shrinks a bit when printing, so if the nozzle/canal is too small or the fit is too small, please scale it up in your slicing software. If you just want to test the model for fit, disregard my previous suggestion and print in PLA with 10% infill. I'd love to get feedback from you so I can make the necessary adjustments.
