Working on antifogging solution, I'm hoping this helps. I printed in TPU, 5% infill and 1 line walls. I wanted it super flexible and comfy. It worked. To attach, I used hook and loop adhesive material. Smooth side in the helmet, so it won't scratch me when I take it out. I may use some adhesive and attach some soft felt to the inside, lets see how it feels on a long ride. So far, so good.
