...here, as promised- our universal food processor in the preliminary test version: that means we have a concept here again, but it cannot be complete here either, because it is used first of all to determine the general scope and to test whether you should do it this way or, better yet, do it differently.brainstorming, i.e.: which is mostly a very time-consuming thing!here it is the case that me and many others are annoyed by what is sold commercially in kitchen machines - mostly very expensive, like the kitchenaid - but usually a rather overloaded hodgepodge of rather unused ones (although included in the scope!) or rather not really used, is offered.in various test series, we have not found a single food processor that even remotely does justice to everyday life in a household. not a single one - not even the kitchenaid.they all embody a - let's say, a kind of ideology that doesn't reconcile with real things at all. These are: simple and reliable work - with little effort - and not after each use of parts of a machine system - tedious and cumbersome - even parts and accessories that are very difficult to clean - having to try to get them clean again! It's like a car: find faults, remove the engine - and then find a small part that you can buy for a few pennies. but before that you have to dismantle everything - for days - and then put it back together again: that's how it is today!we want a universal food processor that can be easily set up - requires no work on your part other than providing ingredients that you want or need to process - where the universal food processor then tells us: I need that from you!then the machine does everything on its own - without you having to intervene in the device, everything discharges and also cleans itself: done!after many years of trying, we found what we were looking for in a single function of a rather poor food processor: the universal accessory that can do everything!the joke: it's a double knife!I tried to make a heavy yeast dough with it in a way that was completely different from the normal one: with a double knife!and I have here - other household machines don't have anything like that at all (!!!! no one has anything like that - only one!)simply made a kneading dough with a double knife, just like I wanted it from experience!and: it worked! I found the recal that I need - that something works the way I imagine it - on a machine of all things, which is totally the last one, i.e. all of the accessories that came with it simply always failed!only not with the double knives! So I was able to continue what I had started - not freely, but unfortunately still unfreely - but at least!have fun with the raw version......step, igs, stl, pdf
