...here's a brief update on our universal food distribution machine: it's not for technical reasons that the problems continue to grow - unfortunately it's for procedural reasons!that means: in most cases - which is common today in the production of fresh food - you cannot produce it mechanically with the preparation methods that are common today.Unfortunately, we have to convert the usual recipes into a completely new way of preparation: develop new recipes step by step! this delays the implementation of our projects enormously!here I have included one of the devices that can be used - as a schematic - a slusher with which we can dispense soft ice cream, drinks and sorbets - in a simplified form!and as you can see, we have a mini conveyor belt on the right and left for transporting, but also for freshly preparing and producing.and we have at least 5 fresh food production levels available: a lot of big and good possibilities!an example of our problems: today there are patty's, these are round meat slices, for example for hamburgers.let's use self-baked white bread and divide it into slices- the white bread is square- then the hamburgers or toasts can't be cut upright, nice looking- and fixed like that!so we also have to- yes, make square patty's and cut them like a sausage!and we also need other patty's: from vegetables, from poultry, from fish.......we can't make a pizza like that with the machine either: it's made in special shapes - a kind of cake: very light, delicious - different, stop!You don't get anything like that today!there are little things - all in all - that delay everything considerably, hinder everything until a standstill is found, until a solution is found that can be implemented with the devices provided!which means: I have to produce everything myself - eat it myself - and then implement it in terms of process technology - also in terms of equipment....
