Easy print without supports, use flexible material. This low-profile universal flashlight helmet mount features a rail fastened to the bike helmet with two nylon zip ties. The flashlight holder secures the light with a firm grip, sliding along the rail for optimal beam alignment at any desired angle. If you have an LedLenser P7.2 flashlight or similar straight-bodied flashlights about 29 mm in size, print and use the hexagonal holder instead. Scale the rail and hexagonal parts to your preference. A hard camera or flashlight mount could potentially compromise helmet integrity in an accident, so this design is intentionally printed with flexible material, 1-1.2 mm shells, and 20% infill for added safety. The holder also separates from the rail under sufficient force. However, safety testing has not been conducted; it's up to you to evaluate how additional attachments affect your overall safety.
