This was born out of necessity after printing the Universal Filament Spool Holder by butchja. The spool holder worked incredibly well until it encountered a spool with a huge hole in it. This adapter steps in to fit over the existing end and nut, allowing you to hold spools with holes ranging from 35mm to 100mm in diameter. You're unlikely to need to remove these adapters after installation unless you have unusually small spools on hand.
