This filament spool holder will easily accommodate both large 2.3 kg spools and smaller 750 g spools. I prefer it significantly over my previous design, thing:4194882. Its minimalist approach delivers maximum functionality! No adhesives are required as everything securely clamps into place, although some parts needed a bit of persuasion with a hammer to fit properly. In addition to the printed components (4x part A and 8x part B), you'll need 4 skateboard ball bearings and 4 aluminum rods with an 8 mm diameter; specifically, 2 rods should be 12 cm long and the other 2 rods 16 cm long. The 'A' parts feature a 6mm x 26mm x 1mm slot for rubber feet to prevent your printer from pulling in the spool.
