Universal Einsy Box
thingiverse
I proudly present my new Universal Einsy Box, designed from scratch with several innovative features: The design is easier to assemble, requiring fewer small parts and no nuts or screws. Detachable Cable Holders make it simple to manage cables. This modular box can be customized with Raspberry modules (P3B+, P3A+, and P4B), allowing users to add more functionality as needed. The Universal Einsy Box is also scalable and configurable, enabling users to adapt it to their specific needs. To enhance airflow, up to four fans can be added to the main cover, while an additional fan can be attached directly to the Raspberry module. The box is adaptable for use on various frames, including Stock, Bear, and Zaribo, with optional adapters available. For those who don't need MMU2/S functionality, a simple screw can cover the port. Customization options include adding your preferred logo or modifying existing ones (Zaribo, Bear, or Prusa). Pin headers secure cables in place, while step-down ready designs allow for easy integration of additional components like E3D PT-100 boards. Users have the option to purchase the main body separately and combine it with their favorite Raspberry module or Bear ends for optimal compatibility. For those who prefer the original design, it remains available on Thingiverse (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3239428). For best results, print the files using the provided orientation. Printed and tested models are available; however, users are encouraged to provide feedback to help refine the design.
