This thing will allow your to create a nozzle or duct for just about any round fan or other air blowing device such as a vacuum. Shape, size, and angle of the nozzle is completely customisable. Customize the design to your requirements using the Customizer button. Experiment with different settings until you get a shape you like. When designing a duct for a typical axial computer fan, remember that they do not like any airflow restrictions. The size of the output hole must be as big as the fan's airflow area (fan diameter minus hub diameter) or you will get air flow back around the fan blades. For a 40mm fan, the duct outlet needs to be bigger than 820sq mm. For a 100mm fan, it needs to be greater than 5,200sq mm. If you are designing a nozzle for fit a vacuum cleaner, set the base_thickness to something large enough to slide onto you vacuum cleaner tube and don't specify any mounting holes. The nozzle can be mounted either using screws through holes or pins that match the holes in the fan. Set the pin length to zero for holes. I printed a fan duct in heat sensitive colour changing filament - looks cool as it changes colour as the device warms up.
