Universal DIY 12V Amplifier Module (+Battery Pack)
thingiverse
This is a DIY 12V battery pack designed for universal use. Paired with the Bluetooth Amplifier board, it becomes an extremely compact technical package perfect for building a speaker system. Just pair this pack with a couple of speakers. The battery pack consists of three connected 18650 batteries in series. One of its unique features is that you can easily replace the batteries when they lose capacity or get damaged. This isn't possible if the batteries are soldered together. I'm using the TECNOIOT YDA138 Bluetooth Amplifier Board Module, a high-quality module with stereo Class D and 2 * 15W DC at 12V and 2A. To assemble this project, you'll need to print three parts: Cover_Amplifier_SLA_FDM.stl, Main_Body_SLA_FDM.stl, and Lower_Shell_SLA.stl or Lower_Shell_FDM.stl (depending on whether you have an SLA or FDM printer). To get started, make sure you have the following components: TECNOIOT YDA138 Bluetooth Amplifier Board Module 2.0 Stereo Class D 2 * 15W DC 12V 2A, 1x ILS 3S 20A Li-ion Lithium Battery 18650 Charger Piece B BMS Protection Board 12.6V Cell (available on Amazon), 3x 18650 batteries, 3 pairs of spring contacts 13,5 x 11,5mm(for AA Battery) (available on Amazon), 4x M3x8mm screws, and some cables.
