My designs frequently originate from necessity, and this project is no exception. A device mount for an iPad that can securely hold the tablet in both portrait and landscape positions on a desk is long overdue. While it may seem straightforward, I've incorporated several unique features to add some excitement to this basic design - feel free to enjoy or not, as long as you have fun printing! Key benefits of this design include: * No supports needed * A built-in storage compartment for two standard USB thumb drives * Two 4mm screw holes that enable easy wall mounting * Two adjustable slots (varied widths) that can accommodate a range of devices in different orientations Random fact: Pareidolia - the psychological phenomenon where people perceive patterns in random stimuli, often attributing human characteristics to objects. This can manifest as seeing faces in inanimate objects, even when they don't exist.
