I had a phone mount that kept falling off on bumpy roads because it was mounted on my vehicle's ventilation. This was due to the ventilation clamp having a ball where the actual phone holder was attached.\r\n\r\nSo I took an unused dashboard button and screwed this simple ball onto it. The result is a makeshift solution that has proven effective.\r\n\r\nThis design is more than just an idea - it's a functional model that can be printed with ease. To replicate it, simply measure the diameter of the ball and attach a hollow stick to serve as a screw holder. I used a short wood screw for this purpose.\r\n\r\nWhen printing, use high resolution and at least 50% infill to achieve a snug fit and a sturdy ball that can withstand bumpy roads.
