16/07/2015: Now Customizer is open for use with this design, making it easy to create your own STL file without editing the scad file at all. I'm really glad you're going to enjoy it. This was just a 5 minute design that anyone can do, yet still I find it incredibly useful every day. You can make your own bottle caps for nearly any bottle out there - they fit very snugly. I've made sure to label the variables that you can change. Check out this video to see how easy it is: https://youtu.be/nqnh0AfhVDk Instructions Take precise measurements of the outer radius and border of your bottle. Even though it's essential to be accurate, I'd like to add an extra 0.5mm for outerRadius and 0.2mm for border - but you'll have to determine that based on the size of your bottle neck. When printing this design, feel free to follow whatever settings you're comfortable with - just take a look at my screenshot from Cura to get some ideas.
