Universal box
thingiverse
The main goal behind this compact project is to create a fully customized Fusion 360 project that enables users to rapidly generate the perfect box for any situation by adjusting just a few parameters in a matter of seconds. There are three distinct Fusion files: * **universal_box_no_lock.f3d**: A simple box without any lock mechanism, despite the lid sitting firmly on the box body. (https://a360.co/2JavAJz) * **universal_box_with_magnetic_lock.f3d**: A box with space for magnets in each corner, allowing users to customize not only the box and lid parameters but also the size of the magnets and gaps. (https://a360.co/2GUUR7L) * **universal_box_with_mechanical_lock.f3d**: A box featuring a mechanical lock. (https://a360.co/2JbIAi6) All parameters can be edited within User Parameters defined within the project, as illustrated in the screenshot for further details. The names of these parameters are self-explanatory: * box_height * box_width * box_length * perimeter - extruder width; the shell is defined as the number of perimeters * shell - width of the shell * corner_filet * gap * lock_height - for mechanical lock boxes, it defines the height of the locking mechanism * magnet_diameter * magnet_height * magnet_gap * magnet_spacing * lid_height
