Universal Bowden Tube PTC Clip

This is a universal clip designed to fit under your bowden tube quick release tab, ensuring the tube stays in place during retractions. The clip can be tailored to fit any PTC connector. To use: - Import the STL file into your slicer. - Scale the 'x' and 'y' axes to match the diameter of the brass cylinder hidden beneath the plastic release tab. For example, if the diameter is 7.4mm, set both 'x' and 'y' scales to 7.4%. Refer to the provided photo for clarity. - Adjust the 'z' axis scale to match the height between the bottom of the plastic release tab and the lower part of the brass cylinder beneath it. If that distance is 1.7mm, set the 'z' scale to 1.7%. Again, refer to the accompanying photo for visual guidance. - Set your slicer's infill to 100%, but refrain from using raft or brim settings as they may fill in the holes. - Proceed with slicing and printing. I've included a pre-generated G-code file for a clip with a diameter of 7.4mm and a height of 1.7mm, identical to the one pictured.
