A bike phone mount made specifically for use with an in-car air vent phone holder. I had already conquered the tough part - designing a secure phone-holding mechanism - so I decided to focus solely on creating the adaptor piece. Print Settings: Printer: Wanhao Duplicator i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.25mm Infill: 20% Notes: To assemble the bike phone mount, you'll need to print one of each part and then press-fit the connector into place at the top. I designed the piece in three parts to ensure easy printing without support. The nut holes are intentionally undersized, as they were created using a soldering iron to melt them in place.
