That is 12mm small hole, 31mm large hole, 12mm tall. You can scale it for various applications as desired. At default this will fit Triumph Spitfire/GT6 steering link and upper a-arm link. 3d Print in TPU or other flexible material. Should be possible to print without interior supports.
