Universal arm for microphone / lamp

This is a universal arm for microphone / GU5.3 lamp or anything you want. Choose from wall mount (print WALL_MOUNT and WALL_MOUNT_ARM) or desk mount (DESK_MOUNT). The arm uses 10x10mm square tubes, made of steel 1mm thick, but aluminum can be used if preferred. The length is individual, but the two tubes above must have exactly the same length (for me, 2x48cm and 2x37cm) and holes must be precisely the same too. Printed parts must have high infill as shown below. Assemble by photos, remembering to put washers between square tubes and ARM_CONNECTS and JUNCTURE! You will also need for the arm: 9x M4x25 screws 9x M4 nuts 23x M4 washers For desk mount: 1x M6 hexagon socket head screw (individual length) 1x M6 lock nuts 2x M6 large size washers (designed for 22mm) For wall mount: 1x M6x90 imbus screw 1x M6 washer 1x M6 lock nuts 2x M6 large size washers (designed for 22mm dia) 4x M5 large size washers (designed for 18mm dia) 4x screws to mount it to wall or wood (hole is 5mm dia) For Juncture: 1x M5x32 imbus screw (I buy a 35mm one and cut it) 1x M5 washer 2x M5 nuts This arm is compatible with my Old school Retro style Microphone http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1304569 and GU5,3 / MR16 mini Lamp http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1305747. YOU MUST ADD M5 NUTS WHILE PRINTING. Check layers when hexagon closing!! THIS IS IMPORTANT!! ADD NUTS before closing. DRILL_AID (Optional) A tool for drilling holes to square tubes. Put aid to end of square tube, take 2mm borer to drill and mark gently holes. Then put out aid and drill 4mm holes. Its fast and all holes are precise. Printed with ABS.
