Universal 600ml syringe for food, cement, play dough, anything

<p>Highish powered food/anything syringe for a 600ml PET bottle.</p><p>Designed this to replace the feeble icing bags that aren't strong enough to force stuff like mashed potato through small opening.</p><p>This was my first multi component build and before finishing realised there was better alternative. &nbsp; Built for a 600ml straight sided water bottle.</p><p>Use rubber bands for the springs and need to play around with their tension to get the desired amount of push/slip. &nbsp;Note, compared to metal off the shelf systems this system is much weaker so if you really want extruding power better to go with other options shown.</p><p>The plunger fits my bottle samples nicely but there seems to be slight variations in bottle diameters so you may need to adjust size of plunger. &nbsp;Either by sanding, adding tape or adjusting in Fusion360 etc. &nbsp; &nbsp;Originally thought would need to add Orings/silicon seal on plunger but very small losses around side.</p><p>I stopped fiddling with this design as realised there was many advantages just using an already existing gun and adapting that to suit a 600ml or litre bottle. &nbsp;I did make original version using springs but these are harder to find/adjust so went with rubber band version.</p><p>This design uses 2 x 30mm x 3mm and 2 x 16mm x 3mm piano wire as hinges for the trigger. &nbsp; You have to hammer fit them and seems to hold together well without any kind of glue.</p>
