Universal 40mm Radial Fan Conversion Kit

I convert a 40mm fan into a radial fan weighing just 22 grams by replacing its original parts with 3D printed ones. All components can be printed without supports as they are designed to rotate and my STL files always include this feature. Due to limited skills in designing parts that fit together, the assembly process involves some glueing. However, it's relatively simple because most of the parts only require adhesive for assembly, with the fan itself being a direct replacement. A notable feature of this radial fan is its blades which are springy enough to accommodate multiple hub sizes. Additionally, an adapter ring included in the kit can be used on smaller hubs. For users who prefer extra cooling power, I have also added my proprietary shroud design that can be attached to the end of the fan for efficient heat dissipation. This redesign improves air movement significantly compared to the original fan and results in a quieter operation as well. The user manual provides detailed information about how to assemble and use this improved fan successfully.
