Universal 3D printer pen holder

Inspired by the rbreen Ender 3 Pen Mount, I've adapted its design to accommodate cable ties, allowing it to be securely fastened to any 3D printer head. It's crucial that there's minimal vertical travel but no side-to-side movement once the pen is installed. Initially, my goal was a one-size-fits-all solution, but I shifted towards two sizes instead - the smaller one catering to typical slender pens and the larger accommodating Sharpies or colour-changing pens.
