Instructions from Clayton Skousen and Rose Hedges / Unity Point Health for an Olson mask pattern are provided here. Vectorized patterns have been made suitable for laser cutting, with green outlines indicating areas for cutting, yellow for marking, and black for ignoring. DXF files are scaled in millimeters, including a test square to verify size. CorelDraw is native to 2019 and has been exported to PDF. Squares on the right-hand side are designed for a pleated/folded square design and do not need to be cut out. It's essential to note that these files were not created by me, and I cannot vouch for their effectiveness or usefulness. The only work I've done is converting the format to make it more usable. If you have an ozone generator, it will efficiently remove the smoke smell left behind in the fabric. This process is commonly used commercially in buildings for smoke remediation. Alternatively, handwashing or leaving cut parts to air out after cutting can be effective methods for removing any lingering odors.
