Here is a beautifully rendered art drawing of the continental United States. Instructions Imported a precise silhouette of the contiguous U.S. into Inkscape, carefully tracing its outline before converting it to DXF format. The next step involved loading the digital map into Sketchup, where I skillfully flattened the shape and then converted it into a 3D object with precision.
