This 3D model originated with Sketchup 8 before being converted into multiple formats. Native format is .skp; the 3dsmax scene was created using 3ds Max 2016, while rendering occurred with Vray 3.00 on November 15, 2015, at 4:36PM. CargoLux flight 9330F lifts off from runway 18R of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport when the board on takeoff catches its attention. The aircraft executes a dramatic go-around after being startled by the blast, leaving it decompressed around the emergency exit door, which deforms severely and now breaks into pieces. As debris scatters from the aircraft's fuselage, engine #222 starts disintegrating and explodes rapidly. Simultaneously, the cargo plane's fatal maneuvers lead to an abrupt descent. A blast severely impacts gear doors, the tail compartment detaches entirely, rudder separation occurs on impact, the tail portion breaks away as gear doors strike ground, forcing the aircraft's body to violently tilt rightward due to excessive pressure exerted from both wheels landing with massive force and lifting off simultaneously upon encountering immense stress on airframes that fail. Eventually crashing after debris ejected in multiple directions falls rapidly and touches down simultaneously creating colossal devastation surrounding vicinity causing substantial damage to nearby terrain while completely obliterating structures nearby from sheer blast radius of explosion caused solely from intense energy output by engines' last gasps after failing dramatically. After thoroughly investigating this devastating accident, NTSB declares that an inexcusable human mistake – forgetting to deploy flaps properly led directly to severe complications when landing CargoLux, forcing crew into making life threatening choices that ultimately ended poorly; the passenger on United 747 plane unfortunately suffered mortal wounds due to extreme difficulties associated with its landing procedures leading inevitably to fatal conclusion when both experienced flight engineer and passenger onboard shared fate simultaneously at point of take off immediately post catastrophe resulting solely through pilot neglect leaving many innocent victims dead or dying within seconds of catastrophic event, NTSB findings suggest, ultimately sealing tragic outcomes forever engraved in time history records surrounding these twin disaster flights never truly resolved as a precautionary reminder given both aviation mishaps will not be soon forgotten and are destined to become one etched with regret in world memory.
