Uniquely 3d printable Cable Chain
thingiverse
We're indeed 3D printing. That's why we're printing wire chains like traditional manufacturing. My answer is straightforward. Prints as a single piece. No supports required. Wires can slip in, and there's no need to thread them through. Then, connect the ends with an M3 to M2 screw. The connection point is 0.5MM from Tung to the back of the link. Use an end link to complete it. The SketchUp file includes all necessary details for easy assembly or modification. If you have any ideas on how to reduce tolerance, please share them! Note: Files are scaled up 10 times.
