Unilateral Flange Expansion
thingiverse
My printer's GT2 timing belt was slipping off the top roller, which is situated on the unilateral flanges of my Kossel. I'm not entirely sure what these parts are called, but I know it caused the belt to fail and ultimately led to a print failure. I decided to modify the design by adding higher walls to lift the roller out of its original position. The parts that fit around the top roller were loose, so I had to glue them in place using super glue. The end result is amazing, and I now feel confident enough to leave my printer running unattended while it completes a large print job.
