Uniform and scalable reduction gear (1:256)
thingiverse
Create a reducer with customizable ratios using identical 1:4 gears (scalable). Set up the reducer by printing the necessary gear files ("Gear 10-to-40.STL") and motor holders ("Motor Holder (Opposite/Top).STT"). Assemble the frame with M4 bolts, placing each gear on the frame and installing rail details ("Motor Holder (Rail) 7 mm.STL") as needed. Secure the frame with three "Motor Holder (Rail) 37 mm.STL" details, adjusting height if necessary based on the number of gears used. Attach a motor holder suitable for your specific motor using provided files ("Motor Holder (Top).SLDPRT", etc.) and sample holders/adapters as needed. Enjoy your customizable reducer!
