This is a mounting bracket for a Unifi UAP-AC-M (AC-Mesh) Access Point to mount on a standard german junction box that allows you to hide the network cable nearly completely. The dimension of the plate is 80mm x 80mm, the gap of the screw holes is 60mm and two 3,2 x 15mm screws (Kaiser Geräteschraube) can be used to fasten the mounting bracket. A 6mm long M2 screw-thread insert (e.g. https://www.ebay.de/itm/153992820457) together with an M2 screw at the side of the bracket can be used to protect the Access Point against easy removal.
