Items affected: Unifi/Ubiquiti USG-3P Gateway USW-8-60W Switch UC-UCK Cloud Key Gen1 Love this creation to keep some nice order of the switch and the router, but as time went on parts slide away. The tongues holding the units are somewhat small and I never really got a good grip of the units. The parts were bending by themselves by time, loosing the grip even more. So, it was tinkering time, using the magic Tinkercad to start from scratch but using the original as inspiration. Changes were made as these: 1: Larger dimensions all over the parts, adapting proper dimensions. 2: Added holes in order to use brass M4 size nut inserts to mount the fan. 3: Added a fan duct to improve the cooling even further. Most likely not really necessary, but still added anyway... 4: The prints are four parts, but only two are supplied. Make a copy and mirror image them in the slicer to get the corresponding parts. Remove the rubber feets of the units and the printed parts will fit snugly and nice. Add rubber feets (other ones) to the printed parts and all will be set steady were you place them. Add a 80x80 fan (Noctua is a very good choice) and print a fan grille https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:693135 then assembly all parts together. Done. Looks nice! ;-) Happy printing! Text for the photos: difficult to get good pics of the assembly as I have it put in one small cramped spot. Fan duct is in my believe a good part, not blocking any air flow. At least it looks as one improvement! ;-) Comparison of the new design with the old by time bent one. It was necessary to beef it up!
