This is a pretty straightforward remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4854660. All I did was add a cylindrical base, to lift the camera up before tiling it down a bit. This was specifically intended to be used on a window sill in order to be able to point it out of a window in a pinch (with IR turned off, since the glass would reflect it), but I also use this on my kid's changing table to be able to see into the crib a little better due to the tilt plus extra height to clear the rails.
