Unifi G4 Doorbell Wedge (90 degree)

<p>None of the existing wedges for the G4 doorbell fit my needs, so i made one that did.</p><p>This wedge puts the doorbell at 90 degrees to the door for doorbells that are mounted perpendicular to the door.</p><p>I didn't trust the snap-on mounting to the original doorbell mounting plate (or my designing skills), so this mount is made to fit 2 <a href="https://cnckitchen.store/products/gewindeeinsatz-threaded-insert-m4-standard-50-stk-pcs">M4 threaded</a> (pictures show M5, but that has been changed afterwards) inserts so that the doorbell can be secured to the wedge using countersunk M4 screws no longer than 40 mm.</p><p>The wedge itself is mounted using either keyhole slots or 2x 4 or 4.5 mm woodscrews of appropriate length.</p><p><strong>My print:</strong><br>Filament: Polymaker Polylite PLA (doesn't quite match the doorbell, unfortunately)<br>Layer height: 0.15 mm<br>Nozzle size: 0.6 mm<br>Infill: 15%</p><p>I printed it standing up, with support for the screw holes and the large inner cavity. It takes a bit of work to remove everything, but it makes the curve looks better.</p>
