I wanted an adapter similar to dendad51's, but I needed one that mounts on top of a faceplate and completely covers the decora cutout.\r\n\r\nDesigned for 6-32 screws and captured nuts, this adapter may require supports for the nut pockets depending on your printer's overhang capabilities.
