Unifi AP wall mount
thingiverse
A friend is building a new house and had electric junction boxes mounted where he plans to install Unifi APs on the walls. Those APs require a mount adapter that connects the AP backplate to a standard US wall box. These adapters hug the wall closely and allow you use the standard holes built into a standard electric JBox. The smaller four hole adapter is more common on many of Unifi's APs, but there seem to also be a number of three-hole APs so I made both. I used standard printer settings with 15% infill. Supports are only needed when printer the larger adapter. Attach the adapter to the wall box, then screw the AP backplate to the adapter using the screws that come with the device.
