I designed a custom angled mount for my Uniden U-Bell DB1 doorbell to optimize its placement. The angle was set at 12 degrees upwards and 22 degrees inwards to the left, allowing it to be securely positioned on the right side of the door. Using a 3D printer, I printed the mount at 60% infill density, which may have been overkill depending on the specific screw and mounting requirements. However, this level of detail ensured a sturdy and reliable installation. I recently replaced my August Doorbell with the Uniden U-Bell DB1, and it has exceeded my expectations in every way. The WiFi connection is significantly more stable, making it an excellent choice for anyone seeking a hassle-free experience.
